Identity App

Our Identity app allows you to configure a SSO (Single Sign On) connection between your IAK apps and a compatible Identity Provider such as Active Directory. This will allow you to sign in once and have access to your IAK apps with no additional passwords required! You can access the Identity app by going here.

Some examples of Identity Providers include Active Directory, GSuite, and Microsoft Azure.

Requirements

1. This is only available to Enterprise customers.
2. You must have a SAML-compliant Identity Provider.
3. The setup can be difficult if you are unfamiliar with SAML and SSO. We suggest getting assistance from your technology team if needed.
