Replacing your station
In case you need to reimage your kiosk, replace it entirely with a new system, or if you have cleared your cache, you will need to run a Replacement in order to pull the settings down from the cloud.
To run a replacement, visit https://client.ccssvm.com and log in as an administrator, then follow the steps below.
Click Get Started
Choose Replacement
Select your school from the drop-down. If you do not see your school in the drop down, ensure that you are logged in as an administrator.
Select the station name
Click Replace
Choose either Activate Offline or Home Page.
If your internet connection on this machine is not reliable, it is recommended that you enable this feature. Otherwise you can choose Home Page.
