District Metrics Report
What does the District Metrics Report include?
Our District Metrics Report feature allows you to generate a report on a monthly basis that includes attendance metrics on the number of check-ins/check-outs by visitor type, average daily visitors, average daily attendance on the top three visitor types, Enhanced Visitor Management, PowerSchool writeback usage, as well as Offender Alert responses and peak visitor times.
How do I view this report?
First, go to https://district.ccssvm.com and log in.
Next Click on Reports, then choose View District Metrics.
From there, choose the month for which you’d like to run the report in the Report Period dropdown in the top left corner.
Below is an example of what that report will look like.
A breakdown of what each section covers
The first page displays a general overview of...
- Top 3 check-in option types
- Sites with the highest volume of transactions for each tyoe
- The amount of check-ins per site under each type
The second page will include your schools which have less than 20 transactions for each of the 3 most used check-in options, along with the amount of PowerSchool writebacks for the entire district, as well as Enhanced Visitor Management demographics.
The third page covers SOC demographics. How many were approved, denied, or cancelled, by school name.
The last page displays peak time for check-ins across the district. The bar graph displays peak check-in times throughout the day, with the x-axis representing the hours and the y-axis representing the number of check-ins. Each bar illustrates the frequency of check-ins for each hour, providing a visual comparison of when check-ins are highest and lowest throughout the day.
