Pre-Approved Visitors List (School Manager)

The Pre-Approved Visitor List allows approved visitors.

This can change if you set an expiration date for your pre-approved list. Once a record is expired, when that user comes back in, a new sexual offender check will be performed and the record will be updated with your default expiration. Records are ONLY updated with your expiration after their record is expired.

Important Note

Zero counts as a day, so if you have an expiration of one day, it would actually be 2 days; the rest of the current day and the entire next day after the check-in is performed. The record will expire the following day.
